At KLA (FaST division), I prototyped tooling for an inverse problem workflow (MATLAB GUI + algorithm integration).
Highlights
- Developed a GUI prototype for the Axion tool to run a new inverse algorithm.
- Improved accuracy by 2× and reduced runtime by 3× by optimizing signal processing and regression components.
